Paul Anthony Piper Sr.
Thirty-one years old and spent most of the last twenty years in various institutions in California Department of Corrections. Paul says about himself that he is "County Born" and "State Raised" and that if you ask most convicts, they will say that they are who they are because of certain circumstances or events in their life. Not him, however, he says he was made by choice, not circumstances.
